Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order across India. There is no minimum order value. Delivery shows as Free at checkout, and that is what you pay.

Where we ship

We deliver across India to every pin code our courier partners serve. If yours is not serviceable, checkout will tell you before you pay. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. Expected delivery is 4 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on where you are. Public holidays, weather and courier delays can occasionally stretch this.

Your tracking details reach you on SMS and email as soon as the order is dispatched, and you can follow the parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes. If a Cash on Delivery handling fee ever applies to your order, it will appear as its own line at checkout before you pay. If no such line appears, no fee is being charged.

If our charges ever change

Free delivery is our standard offer today, and we will update this page before that changes. Either way, the delivery and handling charges that apply to your order are the ones shown on the checkout page before you pay, and those are final.

Address and missed deliveries

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before placing the order. If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Returns and replacements

THERO does not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. We do replace any item that reaches you damaged, defective or incorrect, if you tell us within 3 days of delivery. The full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
